Accomplishments

The Southeast Chicago Chamber of Commerce has operated as a business advocate for the last 40 years. The SECCC has developed Youth Entrepreneurship, ex offender, banner beautification, Multi-Chamber Networking Programs and others to provide opportunities for the development and enpowerment of youth and different businesses in our service areas. Helping businesses strengthen the roots of their business, creating positive and successful atmospheres, and building economic  wealth throughtout the programs is leading us more towards success. We are working harder everyday to complete our goals. Executive Director Angela Willams at the SECCC pushed hard to make Stony Island Avenue a part of Black wall street. The chamber is currently working with, and contacting these businesses to inform them about a change that can revive our business community. Angela is working with both companies daily, hoping to collaborate the two. SECCC and Black Wall Street with the same mission in mind; to build our business communities, and economic wealth should create many jobs and rebuild our community.
